What happens when those who protect and serve are unable (or unwilling) to do so? For free people, that means bearing arms to protect yourself, your business, and your community. When law enforcement stands down, armed citizens need to stand up. Like this guy in Ferguson, MO.

Looks like armed citizens in Detroit are defending themselves with firearms, which has led to more dead criminals and less crime. While the media talking heads and politicians are busy pontificating, good people have stood up and decided to take ownership of their safety. Detroit Chief of Police said that the crime rate would be lowered if more “good Americans” were armed.

The recent Kunming railway station terrorist attack in China shows that determined attackers will use any weapon they can find to harm innocent people. Even in a communist country like the PRC, terrorists can still strike with deadly results.

Russian troops are now in parts of Ukraine. Call it an invasion, call it an intervention, the fact is the Russian Army is in control of certain key areas inside Ukraine. This is a bad situation, even if you are on the other side of the world.
