Keeping track of passwords is a real pain.  Password Safe is one solution that I use that has worked really well for me over the past ten years.

I have used Password Safe for almost ten years and think its a great tool for every computer user.  Its simple to use, robust, and an open source project (as in free!).  The program uses one master password that unlocks the safe, which contains the other passwords.  These can be organized in directories and grouped as needed, which makes Password Safe flexible.  It also has the ability to take users to URLs stored in the safe, making it simple to get to secure login pages.
